-NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE APARTMENTS.
Credit & Background checks are $50.00 for each adult over the age of 18. This is a non-refundable fee and is not applied to rent or deposit.
-We can receive more than one (1) application for the same property as a back up. If the first application is denied we then process the back up application.
Credit History – We require more positive than negative.
Criminal Background Check – We run a background ground check nation wide. This is done through a private company. We disqualify drugs, violence, and burglary as a general rule.
Income – The total verifiable monthly income combined for all adult household members age eighteen (18) or over, must equal at least 2 1/2 times the monthly rent.
Rental History – No Evictions or Bankruptcies in the past 5 years.
Tenant requires to obtain renters insurance prior to lease signing.
We accept cash or money order for credit checks only.
Deposits and First month rents are to be in Money Orders or Cashiers Check only. After you submit your deposit on a property you have been approved to rent, THIS DEPOSIT BECOMES COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.
Thereafter rents are accepted in personal checks, money orders cashiers’ checks. NO CASH.
